Job Summary
The Associate Director of R&D will serve as a technical leader for new product development within the Infusion business.
Responsibilities
Will act as the technical leader for complex medical device platform(s) and important sub-project(s) with responsibilities for large elements of the product development effort.
Will provide technical leadership, direct and indirect reports, with the ability to deep dive into technical issues.
Will implement best‑in‑class R&D tools, processes & standards within the development platform.
Will lead in the development of project plans and timelines for product delivery.
Will create Product Development goals which are linked with business priorities and
