What We Offer
The Sr. Director of Market Institutes coordinates appropriate resources for all daily operations, human resource management, fiscal management, and supporting initiatives aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and goals in the ambulatory clinics while collaborating with facility and market leadership for acute care operations. The Sr. Dir collaborates with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across institutes, facilities, submarkets and the medical group and takes ownership and accountability to implement market strategic growth, operational precision, service enhancements, program development and community engagement initiatives. The Sr. Dir leads and ensures the market specific operational infrastructure of the institute will enable execution of key initiatives to meet targeted goals and outcomes. They demonstrate effective operational, analytical, communication and organizational skills; including but not limited to: operational assessments, market analyses, business forecasts and success matrices linked to market and enterprise based goals.
What We're Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience: 5 years of progressive supervisory/management experience, required. 2 years of progressive supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting, required.
Additional Skills (required): Excellent organization and communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Strong skills in time management, prioritizing, delegating, organizing, analyzing data, researching and problem solving. Ability to adhere to fixed deadlines with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects. Be self‑motivated, flexible, proactive and team oriented. Ability to work and manage daily operations using a high involvement, multidisciplinary team concept. Maintain a strong, consistent and professional demeanor at all time. Possess an understanding of market segmentation as it relates to target markets and ability to develop materials that resonate appropriately.
Additional Skills (preferred): Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Ability and willingness to work in an evolving healthcare system. Extensive oral and written communication skills. Additional leadership skills such as creativity, cooperation, independent judgement, negotiation, risk‑taking, perseverance, high‑energy and a strong work ethic.
