Job Summary
Based in our San Jose headquarters, the Field Marketing Specialist will plan and support the end-to-end event execution of Supermicro's field and channel programs. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure high‑quality execution and drive measurable impact.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support and drive end‑to‑end execution of Supermicro's field and channel events, inclusive of owned and sponsored events Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure investments deliver measurable ROI Conduct post‑event analysis with actionable insights for continuous improvement Maintain detailed event trackers and ensure alignment and visibility across cross‑functional and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related technical field 3+ years of experience in B2B field or event marketing experience At least 2 years of marketing experience in IT hardware or datacenter‑related industries preferred Strong knowledge of event strategy, operations, and integrated event marketing Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI development and event performance reporting Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external event agencies Proven team player who can operate both collaboratively and independently Lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds Lift up to 50 pounds utilizing a buddy system Occasional standing and walking for long periods of time
Salary Range
$71,000 - $85,000, depending on location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. Includes a comprehensive benefits package and potential eligibility for bonus and equity award programs.
