JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer (Packaging & Print Production)
LOCATION: On-site (Los Angeles, City of Commerce)
INDUSTRY: Beauty, cosmetics, personal care or consumer products is a plus but not required.

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging and print production to join our creative team. This role combines conceptual design with hands‑on execution, requiring a balance of creativity and technical precision. You will play a key role in developing packaging systems and marketing collateral while ensuring all assets are production‑ready and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop packaging for primary and secondary components, including cartons, labels, inserts, displays, kits and other brand collateral
Develop digital assets for social media, e-commerce, websites, email campaigns, and online ads
Design sales materials, presentations, signage, and trade show graphics
Translate creative concepts into production‑ready artwork, including mechanicals and dielines
Prepare, package, and release final files to printers and vendors, ensuring all specifications are met
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product development, operations) to bring products to market
Design print collateral such as in‑store displays, inserts, mailers, and promotional materials
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and product lines
Review and approve proofs when needed, and ensure color accuracy and quality control
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and production schedules
Maintain organized file systems and version control for all projects
Qualifications
3–5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and print production
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
Deep understanding of print processes, color management (CMYK, Pantone), and prepress requirements
Experience working with dielines, packaging structures, and various print vendors
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot production issues
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or CPG industries
Knowledge of specialty finishes (foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot UV, coatings)
Basic photo retouching and color correction skills
Familiarity with regulatory labeling requirements a plus
Experience with sustainability‑focused packaging solutions a plus
