Tax Consultant

We are hiring a consultant to join our FMD team in New York (on-site, 5 days/week) for a 3-month contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review state tax estimates, provisions, and returns to ensure compliance
Prepare/review tax provisions, accruals, and estimated payments
Handle state tax notices and liaise with tax authorities
Monitor tax law changes and provide research-driven insights
What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of tax compliance experience
Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
Experience in financial services or banking
Strong SALT knowledge, analytical, and communication skills
