Job Overview The Real Estate Research Senior Analyst reports to the Senior Investment Strategist & Global Head of Sustainability and supports the firm’s real‑estate research across public and private equity and debt investment platforms, contributing to sustainability strategies. The role focuses on analytical research, market and portfolio insights, and data and reporting, with exposure to U.S. and global markets. The position is based in Conshohocken, PA.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on U.S. and global real estate markets, including economic, capital markets, and property sector trends.

Support investment strategy through market analysis, comparative studies, and interpretation of data relevant to portfolio positioning and product development.

Maintain and enhance real‑estate research datasets for analysis, forecasting, and reporting, emphasizing accuracy and consistency.

Develop analytical outputs (models, forecasts, summaries, visuals) that translate data into clear investment‑relevant insights.

Contribute to proprietary research, white papers, and thought‑leadership materials for internal and external audiences.

Assist investment teams with research support for new strategies, portfolio reviews, and ad hoc analytical requests.

Support ESG and sustainability reporting and analysis, including GRESB, UN PRI, TCFD disclosures, and the annual sustainability report.

Assist with client‑facilitating materials, including presentations, RFPs, DDQs, and other requests related to investment strategy, market outlook, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong academic background with a relevant undergraduate degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related quantitative discipline.

3+ years of experience in real‑estate research, investment analysis, capital markets, or a related investment‑focused role.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and market trends.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, translating complex analysis into investment‑relevant insights.

Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem‑solving.

Strong data management and Excel‑based analytical skills; experience with real‑estate data providers a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
