Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker at our FOXMILL branch in Reston, VA. The primary responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on financial products, assisting with loans, and identifying solutions to meet clients' financial needs. This role requires collaboration with team members to achieve branch goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ensuring compliance with banking policies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Relationship Building to establish trust and long-term collaborations with clients.
Experience and knowledge in Financial Services and Finance to provide strategic guidance on financial products.
Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.
Knowledge and experience in managing Loans, including assessing client needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while achieving individual goals.
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
