We are sharing a specialised part‑time consulting opportunity for skilled videographers and content creators with strong visual judgment, cinematic production ability, and experience producing polished portrait photos and short‑form video content.
This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on collecting high‑quality photo and video data built from real‑world creative production workflows.
Selected professionals will produce polished portrait photos and short videos of real people following detailed creative and technical guidelines, helping support advanced AI systems through high‑quality visual data collection. This opportunity is especially well‑suited to creators with strong aesthetic instincts, access to professional‑grade camera equipment, and the ability to consistently deliver visually polished, technically compliant submissions across varied people, settings, and scenarios.
Key Responsibilities Portrait Photo & Short‑Form Video Production
Shoot high‑quality portrait photos and 10–15 second videos of real subjects following detailed guidelines for framing, lighting, motion, and audio.
Produce visually polished content with strong composition, sharpness, and cinematic quality.
Help ensure submissions meet quality expectations across both creative and technical dimensions.
Editing & Submission Preparation
Edit together multiple shots into a single polished clip per submission.
Apply light color grading and basic editing improvements to enhance aesthetic quality.
Submit photo and video sets that meet standards for resolution, lighting, composition, and sound.
Creative Variety & Technical Compliance
Produce diverse content across a range of locations, outfits, actions, and emotions.
Maintain variety across subjects, wardrobes, backgrounds, and indoor or outdoor settings.
Follow detailed technical specifications for framing, resolution, duration, file format, and export settings with strong attention to detail.
Ideal Profile
Experience with cinematic‑style video production, whether professionally, academically, or as a serious hobbyist.
Access to a prosumer or professional camera capable of at least 1080p recording, with 4K strongly preferred.
A strong visual eye and the ability to produce content with the polished aesthetic quality of high‑end short‑form social media video.
Basic video editing skills, including multi‑shot editing and light color grading.
The ability to capture clean, intentional audio, ideally with an external microphone.
Access to diverse subjects, locations, and wardrobes to support content variety.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing portrait‑oriented visual content with strong creative direction.
Comfort working within structured creative guidelines and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail across framing, lighting, composition, and export quality.
Ability to deliver high‑quality content consistently at scale after initial feedback alignment.

Top candidates will be invited to complete 1 paid sample task as a work trial.
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.
