Seeking a Commercial Interior Designer to lead concept development, space planning, and project execution for corporate office and hospitality environments. This role blends creative design with client management, project leadership, and coordination across architects, contractors, and design‑build teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, and FF&E selections.
Lead client meetings, presentations, programming sessions, and ongoing communication.
Manage project timelines, budgets, documentation, and design‑build coordination.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
Produce construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings.
Conduct site visits, field measurements, punch lists, and review submittals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
3–7+ years in commercial interiors (corporate workplace or hospitality preferred).
Strong client‑facing and project management experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of building codes, ADA, and construction processes.
