Maginnis Construction is a regional based Commercial General Contractor that specializes in private/negotiated projects in the Baton Rouge and surrounding markets. Although our office is located in St. Francisville, LA we typically perform projects within 100 miles of our office.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Commercial Superintendent at Maginnis Construction Company, LLC. The Commercial Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Project Management, Construction Management, and Site Supervision skills
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
Experience in commercial construction projects
