Qualifications
Basic proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
Understanding of safety regulations, quality control practices, and building codes
Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
