This is a true hunter role focused on winning new business, penetrating mid-market and enterprise accounts, and expanding partnerships in staffing and workforce solutions. Responsibilities

Drive aggressive growth in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC market.

Win new business, penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts, and expand partnerships in staffing and workforce solutions.

Own market development and contribute to regional growth through prospecting and relationship-building.

What we’re looking for

5+ years B2B sales (staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions preferred)

Proven success in new business development and exceeding revenue targets

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial sectors is a plus
