We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Program Director to lead, manage, oversee, and advance clinical and administrative operations in the Compass Connections ABA and Family Support Program.

Successful candidates must be a BCBA and be actively licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine. At least two years of direct ABA experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred. Ideal candidates also have supervisory and administrative experience.
Position Details The Program Director oversees clinical and administrative operations in the Compass ABA Connections Program in Tappahannock, VA. Responsibilities include:
Advancement: Work closely with the leadership team advocating for needs/changes when needed. Review literature regarding home-based ABA, determining best-practices and identifying plans for moving toward best practices.
Operations: Ensure consistency across client services in regard to hours, staffing, and logistics.
Development of Clinical Supervisors: Equipping, empowering, and engaging Clinical Supervisors individually and in groups to ensure that the clinical quality of each supervisor is advancing independent in their ability to manage client cases.
Travel As needed to observe supervisors in their client sessions to provide feedback and support. Will need to be in the location office Monday-Friday but hours are flexible.
