Influencer Marketing Coordinator (M/F) Based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

Research and engage West Coast-based content creators and tastemakers

Lead influencer gifting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and managers, handling day-to-day communication

Grow and leverage a strong West Coast influencer network to support brand presence across U.S. markets

Identify and activate influencers for in-store events and key brand moments

Stay up to date on industry trends, platforms, and gifting best practices

Maintain top-performing influencer partnerships while continuously sourcing new talent

Represent the brand across all influencer interactions, ensuring consistency in voice and positioning

Assist with creative briefs by curating moodboards, gathering inspiration, and shaping key talking points

Assist with campaign recaps and insights across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Support affiliate programs by tracking performance and identifying top-converting creators on ShopMy, Affilae, and LTK

Travel for new store openings and in-store influencer activations

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing for fashion, beauty or related companies

Strong communication and time management skills

Detail-oriented, highly organized, process-driven but also full of creative ideas

Must be comfortable in a high pressure, fast paced business environment

Outstanding relationship-building skills

Are a true team player and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get things done

Flexible schedule to accommodate domestic travels

Language fluency in French is a plus

Benefits Salary range: $70,350 - $72,000 depending on skills and experience.
