Execute color correction and color grading to achieve a cohesive, high-production look and ensure visual consistency across all video assets. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to execute monthly content calendars, ensuring each piece of content aligns with strategic goals and content pillars. Interpret and execute creative direction from the Creative Lead, elevating footage through editing, pacing, sound design, and visual treatment. Maintain a high standard of visual quality, including color correction, basic grading, audio clarity, and clean, intentional cuts. Incorporate text overlays, motion elements, and light animation to enhance storytelling and engagement. Adapt editing styles across a range of client aesthetics. Manage video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Organize and manage raw and edited files across client folders, maintaining clean file structures and naming conventions. Stay up to date on social video trends, editing styles, and emerging tools to continuously elevate output. Participate in creative reviews and actively contribute to improving video quality, storytelling, and performance. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what drives engagement in short-form video. Experience working with content from shoots, with the ability to select strong clips, structure narratives, and elevate raw footage. Skilled in color correction, basic grading, audio balancing, and overall video polish. Ability to create elevated, high-production visuals while working efficiently within fast-paced timelines. Familiarity with motion graphics, text overlays, and light animation is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering clean, polished work. Ability to take direction, implement feedback quickly, and collaborate across teams in a remote environment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
