Key Responsibilities
Underwrite contract surety risks including risk selection, pricing, and portfolio management
Analyze financials such as credit reports, bank agreements, and financial statements to assess risk
Review underwriting work and provide guidance while supporting team development
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in contract surety underwriting
At least 1 year of management or team leadership experience
Strong financial analysis and communication skills within a carrier or surety environment
