Coda Search is partnering with a leading asset management firm that is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support its Consultant Relations and Institutional Advisory channel. This is a highly regarded platform with a long-standing track record and strong relationships across the consultant ecosystem. The role offers broad exposure across fundraising, institutional relationship management, and capital markets, working closely with senior consultant relations professionals, investment teams, and external advisory partners.
The Associate will play a key role in supporting consultant coverage, managing communications, and contributing to successful fundraising outcomes across the firm’s investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day coverage of investment consultants and institutional advisory platforms
Assist with fundraising initiatives across existing and new investment vehicles by supporting consultant-driven mandates
Prepare, update, and maintain institutional marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fact sheets, consultant decks, and DDQ/RFP responses
Coordinate responses to consultant inquiries and ensure timely, accurate follow-up on data requests
Track consultant interactions, pipeline activity, and meeting notes within the CRM
Support consultant meetings, due diligence sessions, roadshows, conferences, and ad-hoc presentations
Partner closely with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and finance teams to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality investor communications
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Consultant Relations, Capital Formation, or Institutional Client Services
Familiarity with the investment consultant landscape and institutional fundraising process
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
