Responsibilities
US Clients
– Manage complex billing with high volumes and global clients. Support the full billing cycle: review/edit prebills, obtain approvals for deferrals/write-offs/time transfers, field billing inquiries, track and resolve tickets daily, meet SLA requirements, ensure quality assurance for electronic billing, and perform root-cause analysis for electronic bill rejection. Maintain client billing requirements, summarize and communicate with stakeholders, obtain complex monthly reporting, verify data accuracy, gather and submit accrual information, finalize invoices, and submit electronically per client requirements. Provide training and mentoring to team members. Global Clients
– Coordinate and lead global client unified billing, manage global account assignments, perform full-cycle billing for firm and client requirements, obtain complex monthly reporting, ensure accuracy of data, liaise with international counterparts for accrual/forecast information, keep Billing Timekeeper informed, troubleshoot with finance, track and resolve service desk tickets, and generate LEDES files for electronic billing.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education
– High School or GED.
Preferred Education
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field. Minimum Years of Experience
– 5 years of high-volume billing management in a fast-paced environment, with expert knowledge of direct billing or client accounts (domestic, global, e-billing) in a law or professional services organization. Leadership experience is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Aderant) and e-billing applications (e.g., Bill Blast, e-Billing Hub).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Accurate proofreading and strong attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems; proven analytical skills; able to work independently and take direction well.
