Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Responsibilities

Partner with senior finance leadership to support company‑wide financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision‑making

Own and enhance the corporate financial model to support long‑term planning and strategic initiatives

Prepare recurring financial analyses tied to consolidated performance, including monthly and quarterly reporting

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis related to capital allocation and business performance

Develop high‑quality materials for executive leadership, Board presentations, and external stakeholders

Support capital markets and investor‑related initiatives through financial analysis and presentation development

Perform ad‑hoc financial and strategic analyses as business needs arise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or a related field

4+ years of relevant professional experience

Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or external audit required

Exposure to real estate strongly preferred
