A bit about us We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.

This role will involve working on complex tax returns, including 1120S, S Corp, Federal & State Tax, Real Estate Tax, and Income Tax. Job Details Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns (1120S, S Corp, Federal & State Tax, Real Estate Tax, and Income Tax) for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Conducting multi-entity financial reviews and tax planning for clients.
Providing tax accounting services, including state and local tax, tax preparation, and tax planning.
Providing timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
Researching and consulting on various tax matters; utilizing tax-related software to prepare and process returns and research tax matters.
Responding to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.
Identifying and mitigating tax risks.
Coordinating tax work with accountants and auditors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or other related fields.
Strong experience in multi-entity, financial review, and tax planning.
Proficiency in tax compliance and consulting services for the real estate industry.
Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks.
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Proficient in tax software and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
