Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Broker in Professional Lines, located in Atlanta, GA. The Associate Broker will assist in supporting client relationships, developing insurance placement strategies, analyzing coverage options, and working closely with carriers to negotiate policies. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering formal proposals, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and staying informed on industry trends to provide value-added solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
Proficiency in insurance policy analysis, underwriting, and negotiation
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on-site setting
Experience or knowledge in professional lines insurance is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related systems
