Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sage Intacct Specialist AP/AR located in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable processes using Sage Intacct, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Additional duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, overseeing account management tasks, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and ensure accurate reporting
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and address external inquiries
Finance knowledge, including accounts payable and receivable processes
Customer Service and Account Management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is strongly preferred
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the construction or oil and petrochemical industries is a plus
