is growing and seeking a hardworking

Structural Steel Foreman

to join our team as a field leader responsible for coordinating and laboring alongside their crew to erect steel and pre‑cast concrete structures. Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to coordinate construction efforts and drive continuous improvements. Be part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualifications Qualified candidates will have 5 years of steel and/or precast erection experience, with team leadership experience preferred. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and proof of insurance required.

Certifications & Training

OSHA 10 or 30

OSHA Subpart R

Rigger/Signalman Training

American Welding Society Certification

Other equipment certifications: aerial platform, telehandler, skid loader, etc.
