Description
The Graphic Designer will possess a blend of creative concepting skills and hands‑on, proven design execution. This role also requires a high level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. The focus of this role will be both print and digital assets, including but not limited to: print collateral, signage, trade show booths, iconography, email, banner ads and HTML landing pages. The graphic designer will ensure that all materials align with Paysign brand guidelines while meeting the overall communication objectives. Experience in working in a fast‑paced organization desired. This is an on‑site position.
Requirements Essential Functions
Design and manage consistency in assets across all media, including display, email, print, and digital and motion graphics.
Projects include design for print collateral and signage, digital marketing campaigns, sales materials, website/landing page design, how-to content, email, infographics, presentations, proposals, templates, etc.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.
Provide consumer‑facing product designs that align with card brand guidelines, production templates, and client brand guidelines.
Provide creative guidance and rationale regarding design approach.
Ability to turn complex design issues into clean, intuitive solutions.
Stay up to date on design best practices and methodologies; share knowledge internally.
Explore different ideas and concepts for both visual and verbal elements.
Conduct brand reviews of materials ensuring consistency with brand standards: visuals, brand design elements, voice, tone, personality.
Assist Sr. Graphic Designer in developing and enhancing brand guidelines.
Maintain a library of approved materials for external use.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities
Strong creative eye
Strong leadership, project ownership, and project management skills
Corporate‑based portfolio of illustrations, design, and graphic work
A demonstrated track record of B2B branding experience
Proficient in Figma
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience with Adobe XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus
Knowledge of working with and creating digital assets; creating digital designs with HTML/CSS, Javascript (JQuery) and HTML5 Canvas is a plus
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
3-4 years of corporate graphic design experience
Or an equivalent combination of hands‑on experience and education
Work environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
