Overview

Content Creator Turn complex processes into powerful content used for workflow processes, job descriptions, and training. A globally connected manufacturing organization is seeking a Content Creator who can design and deliver impactful learning courses, professional job descriptions, and comprehensive workflow processes for employees in a dynamic production/manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong manufacturing technical writing abilities, hands-on facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts across a multilingual workforce. The ideal candidate will help shape training programs that improve process understanding, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

Daily Responsibilities

Develop and design training content for manufacturing processes in a multilingual environment

Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify procedures, standards, and operational workflows

Support Learning Management System (LMS) functions including course deployment and tracking

Ensure training materials support compliance, safety, and operational consistency

Document processes and assist with technical writing for manufacturing or process documentation when needed

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools

Ability to quickly understand manufacturing processes and identify training solutions

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Experience working within a multilingual company training environment

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production setting

Hours and Pay

Full-time position

Onsite role with the possibility of one hybrid day per week

Salary based on experience (up to $40 per/hr.)
