CRM Analyst - Reactivations
We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50M/year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus).
What You'll Do:
Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue-generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers).
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what's working and what's not working.
Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error-free launch target.
Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions.
Navigating ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration.
What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
2+ years of B2B experience.
2+ years of Email Marketing experience.
Experience working for US companies (Plus).
Advanced level of English.
