This role requires advanced technical skills in Salesforce development, including
LWC, AURA, Service Cloud, and Agentforce , along with strong domain knowledge and collaboration skills.
SalesforcePlatform Developer II certification
(mandatory).
Hands-on experience with
Service Cloud
development and implementation.
Strong expertise in
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and
AURA framework .
Experience with
Agentforce
and other Salesforce add-ons relevant to healthcare/payer domain.
Strong knowledge of
Healthcare or Payer business systems
and workflows.
Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools for Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with
Avaya Aura
and telephony integrations with Salesforce.
Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.
