
Public Relations Account Director

S&Co is seeking a strategic, results-driven Public Relations Account Director to lead integrated communications campaigns during a period of agency growth. This role is ideal for a PR leader with expertise in media relations, brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and integrated marketing across lifestyle, health, wellness, beauty, and consumer brands. You’ll partner with senior leadership, manage key accounts, mentor teams, and deliver measurable results for purpose-driven clients while growing your career at a respected, relationship-driven PR agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead client accounts, owning PR strategy, execution, and performance
Develop integrated programs across media, influencers, events, partnerships, and cultural moments
Secure top-tier coverage across broadcast, print, digital, podcasts, and emerging platforms
Create press materials, proposals, and strategic pitch angles
Provide senior-level client counsel and day-to-day account leadership
Manage team workflows, timelines, and quality while mentoring staff
Represent clients at media events, press tours, and activations
Build media relationships and support new business growth
Track budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting
ATTRIBUTES
7+ years of public relations experience, preferably in lifestyle, health & wellness, beauty, natural foods, or consumer brands
Strong media relationships and a track record of securing top-tier coverage
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and daily execution
Experienced team leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
