Key Sales Responsibilities
Proactively prospect for new leads and convert them into policies
Consult with clients to recommend personalized coverage options
Sell and cross‑sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime value
Meet and exceed individual sales targets to accelerate agency growth
Strategically track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Superior communication and negotiation skills
Confident making outbound sales calls and closing deals
Highly organized, results‑oriented, and eager to learn
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
