Job Title: Oracle ERP & Process Analyst
Pay Rate: $40 to $42/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP & Process Analyst to support manufacturing operations through effective management of ERP systems, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves maintaining accurate production data, developing manufacturing routings, and driving efficiency improvements across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintenance in Oracle ERP for manufacturing operations
Develop, update, and maintain manufacturing routings and process flows
Create and manage manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
Conduct time studies and provide labor and production estimates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Manage and support ERP/MRP systems to ensure smooth production planning and execution
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements
Provide training and support to shop floor personnel on processes and system updates
Ensure routing accuracy and high-quality data management within systems
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining processes, routings, and documentation
Maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements through proper documentation
Provide real-time production support and resolve operational issues promptly
Maintain accurate weights, units, and reference data for products
Perform end-to-end testing of system changes and process updates
