Job Description
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. The position may also involve the provision of residential mortgage loans, requiring SAFE Act registration, background checks, and maintenance of registration status.
Responsibilities
Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan that utilizes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions, and money‑managed services.
Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
Successful creation of strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
