General Job Description: Residential Service Electrician Supervisor – SF. IES Residential is looking for experienced Residential Electrical Service Technicians to join our growing Service Organization.
Responsibilities
Roughing and trimming single‑family homes
Managing crews and schedules
Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components
Reading and interpreting blueprints and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries
Qualifications
Minimum education: None
Minimum years of experience: 2‑4
Valid Journeyman or Wireman’s license
2 years of residential electrical experience
Strong understanding of electrical theory, safety regulations, and building codes
Knowledge of electrical code
Ability to complete jobs safely and to IES Residential standard
Must be a leader and team player
Clean driving record and current driver’s license
