S4 MM Consultant

BCTG’s direct client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 MM Consultant to support site operations, system enhancements, and ongoing S/4HANA initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an SME supporting site operations by triaging user issues, identifying process vs. system gaps, and coordinating resolutions with IT/SAP teams
Provide functional support and enhancements across SAP S/4 MM (with PP integration)
Lead and support requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and system enhancement discussions
Assist with testing activities (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and support deployments, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
Collaborate with business stakeholders, super users, and AMS teams to ensure effective system usage and continuous improvement
Support MES integration points and monitor system performance
Partner with business teams to define/report on KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Lead/engage super user community and support adoption of best practices
Required Qualifications:
Strong SAP S/4 MM experience (with PP integration)
Proven experience in production support, issue triage, and system enhancements
Experience supporting testing cycles and deployments in S/4HANA environments
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing environments and MES integration
Experience supporting post-go-live or stabilization phases
Strong communication and ability to work with business users at all levels
