Role Overview:
The Director of Health Care Real Estate Advisory Services contributes to all aspects of client engagements—from data analysis to presentation delivery. This role requires experience with healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems, to guide strategic facility-related decisions. The Director is proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong ability to solve complex business problems and foster client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Analysis: Own end-to-end analytics for healthcare strategy engagements
Analyze healthcare market, patient encounter, operational, and financial data.
Conduct volume assessments to evaluate demand and capacity.
Develop business cases and ROI models for strategic recommendations.
Manage internal data workflows and ensure data quality.
Perform quality assurance on data and analyses.
Design analytical approaches for healthcare strategy and facility development.
Research and evaluate strategic solutions.
Presentation: Effectively tell a compelling story
Create high-quality presentation materials summarizing findings.
Craft compelling messages and visuals to convey insights.
Review deliverables for accuracy and formatting.
Participate and present in client meetings and presentations.
Client Engagement: Build credibility through structured thinking and responsiveness
Engage in day-to-day project activities and client interactions.
Contribute to strategic recommendations impacting client outcomes.
Project Management: Own workstream scope, schedule and deliverables
Understand project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
Manage tasks to meet deadlines.
Support development of project documentation and reports.
Self-Management and Professional Development: Demonstrate initiative and leadership

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree in health administration, public health, or finance preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or finance.
Experience in strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business/data analytics.
Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting financial statements to inform strategy.
Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
Project management experience across multiple workstreams.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and general ledger data.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
