We are seeking a
Director of Payroll
to lead and elevate payroll operations within a growing organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll while driving process improvements, system optimization, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end payroll operations across all U.S. locations (and international, if applicable)
Ensure accuracy in payroll processing, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions
Develop and lead a high-performing payroll team
Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support business operations and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar
Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
