Director of Preconstruction
to lead estimating for
ground‑up
and
interior commercial projects . You'll oversee budgets, detailed estimates, and GMPs while guiding the preconstruction team and collaborating with clients, design partners, and operations to deliver accurate, competitive pricing.

Lead the full preconstruction and estimating process for ground‑up and interior commercial projects.
Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and GMPs with accuracy and competitiveness.
Oversee and mentor the estimating team while fostering collaboration across operations, design partners, and clients.
Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and cost analysis to ensure reliable pricing.
Support project strategy with value engineering ideas, constructability insights, and market‑driven cost guidance.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
10+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
within commercial construction.
Demonstrated expertise in both
ground‑up construction
and
interior build‑outs .
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On‑Screen Takeoff, Sage, ProEst, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
