top-performing, driven Sales Associate
to join one of the highest-volume Honda dealerships in the region. This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment and are motivated by performance, customer experience, and income growth. Compensation
Compensation Range:
$60,000 - $150,000+ annually
Training Pay:
Weekly Salary up to first 90 Days
Pay Structure:
Commission + Performance Bonuses
Top performers regularly exceed $120,000+
What You'll Do
Engage and assist customers through the full sales process (in-store, phone, and digital leads)
Build value and present Honda products with confidence and expertise
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities daily
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up activity
Deliver a
best-in-class customer experience
that drives repeat and referral business
Collaborate with management and team members to exceed dealership KPIs
What We're Looking For
Proven success in sales (automotive preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to handle high volume while maintaining attention to detail
Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset
Professional, positive attitude with a team‑first approach
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
