Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Position Summary Providence High School (PHS) seeks a Director of Safety & Security to lead and continuously strengthen a comprehensive, proactive, and human-centered approach to campus safety. This is a newly elevated leadership role designed to ensure that Providence remains a place where students, faculty, staff, and families feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Head of School and the leadership team, the Director of Safety & Security will oversee physical security, emergency preparedness, incident response, and community education, bringing both professional expertise and a calm, compassionate presence to daily life on campus.
