
Global Risk Account Executive - Employee Benefits

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

Responsibility for design and implementation of International Programs and CMPs
Under minimal guidance, prepares and markets global renewal submissions, including gathering information and markets and/or delivers submissions to underwriters
Coordinates strategy meetings and participates in client account review meetings, marketing meetings, and/or client proposal presentations
Responsibility for completing the Global Risk Insurance Manuals on specified accounts
Provides input in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as operating and strategic plans within area of specialty
Manages the Global Account Coordinator and/or the Account Manager to input client data in the WBNet3.0 system or other partner systems for select international reverse flow accounts
Manages Global Account Manager and/or Account Coordinator regarding the account review information and the bind coverage information in conjunction with workflow standards
Responds to and finalizes RFP requests
Researches and understands international industry trends, product development, and government regulations globally
Assists Director of Global Risk & Benefits in training, mentoring of IMA associates, and department projects and initiatives
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
5 to 10 years of similar or related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CIC and/or CPCU required
Experience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
Moderate travel required (25-50%)
Required: strong written and oral communication skills
Required: strong analytical and insurance interpretation skills

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $120,000 USD
