Inter Miami CF is looking for an
Associate Creative Director
to join the Creative Department. Someone who thinks big, moves fast, and cares deeply about craft. This role will partner directly with the Creative Director to build campaigns, shape the brand voice, and bring ideas to life across video, social, stadium, brand partnerships, merch, experiential, and everything in between. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Creative Leadership
Develop concepts, campaigns, and narratives across all club initiatives.
Lead day-to-day creative development across social, digital, partnerships, and stadium environments.
Guide, designers, writers, editors, and external partners with clear, insightful creative direction.
Uphold and evolve the IMCF brand voice with consistency and ambition.
Concept & Execution
Generate standout ideas that feel culturally in tune with Miami, the club, and global fútbol.
Write and refine scripts, social copy, headlines, brand narratives, and campaign frameworks.
Provide clear direction and an editorial point of view for graphics, photography, video, and content creation.
Ownership
Lead projects from concept to final execution with minimal oversight.
Manage timelines and resources while maintaining high creative standards.
Bring proactive ideas to the table, not just answering briefs but shaping them.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or in-house creative teams.
A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, sharp writing skills, and crafted execution.
Ability to move between strategy, copywriting, art direction, and creative leadership comfortably.
A strong understanding of culture, fútbol, and the Miami ecosystem.
Experience guiding creatives and giving feedback that elevates the work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility, moments-driven environment.
A collaborative mindset, low ego, and hunger to make your best work yet.
Compensation
Inter Miami CF offers a competitive compensation package, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance and 401k retirement plan.
