
Bilingual Cybersecurity Analyst -(Japanese Bilingual)

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus) to identify and respond to breaches or anomalies
Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate breaches, document findings, and implement corrective actions
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, recommending security improvements
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards
Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats and trends to anticipate and mitigate potential risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance) to ensure comprehensive cybersecurity measures
Document security incidents, investigations, and solutions, generating reports for management and regulatory purposes
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats through continuous learning
Lead security compliance based on the global and local security standard controls
Support Japan affiliates roll out new security tools and support existing tools
Identify customer and product needs, and proactively solve customer issues
Identify opportunities for process improvement, and work with the team in implementing changes
Conduct regular communication and assist with members' root cause analysis and implementation of Kaizen
Support special security projects on an ad‑hoc basis

Requirements
College degree
3–5 years of experience in a technical position, prior experience as a Technical Lead is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following domains: Vulnerability management, Network security, Endpoint security, Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Management
Good knowledge about endpoint security
Bilingual Japanese and English
Experienced in working directly with clients and managing supplier relationships
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
