Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing crews (5–10 team members)
Plan projects using blueprints and job specifications
Ensure safety, quality, and overall jobsite efficiency
Train, mentor, and develop crew members
Protect customer property and surrounding structures
Communicate with customers throughout projects
Requirements
Strong roofing experience and system knowledge
Proofen leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel (CA, CO, TX, NV)
Valid driver’s license50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
