Job Summary The Producer & Multimedia Production Specialist works within an in-house marketing department, with a strong emphasis on shooting, editing, and producer‑led coordination. The role supports interview‑style videos, creative messaging, podcasts, and social content. This position is responsible for concepting, producing, and delivering high‑quality video and other assets, from initial creative development through final delivery. The role includes managing revisions and preparing content for distribution across web, social, and internal channels under the direction of the Director of Video Production.

Duties & Responsibilities

Report to Director of Video Production throughout pre‑production, production, and post‑production for clients

Own the producer role: attend intake meetings, clarify goals and timelines, build briefs, shot lists, teleprompter scripts, and asset/graphics lists; coordinate schedules, locations, etc.

Conduct and manage interview‑style shoots: prepare questions, coach talent, and guide on‑camera delivery and tone

Help capture high‑quality video content by assisting with filming at events and on‑site locations

Provide end‑to‑end creative execution including camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting, field audio capture, and editorial for a diverse range of content

Adhere to company branding, art and formatting standards when producing video, and social deliverables for a wide range of clients and audiences

Collaborate with design and marketing team members to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms as needed

Support studio production by preparing sessions, managing mics/room setup, lighting

Ensure both pre and post‑production quality checks are completed

Translate strategic direction into high‑quality video and audio deliverables within an established brand identity

Develop new concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of visual framing, lighting, pacing, text/graphics, and layout

Obtain input from managers to ensure that deliverables meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve production workflows, file‑naming, and archiving practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in film, communications, or related field or equivalent experience

A minimum of 2–5 years of experience producing, shooting, and editing video content in an in‑house corporate environment, agency/production company, or similar

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve is a plus

Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and field audio (lav/shotgun/recorder); working knowledge of teleprompter workflows

Working knowledge of Apple Keynote, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word; emphasis on PowerPoint)

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Strong creative, organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills

Ability to manage video and studio productions from conception to completion utilizing strong knowledge and practical experience in pre‑production planning, onset coordination, and post‑production processes

Ability to manage multiple projects with occasional direction and work well with tight deadlines and changing priorities in a team environment

Proactively seek work with an ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

Must be able to apply brand style guides creatively while upholding identity standards across video, podcast, and social channels

Possess strong conceptual skills, high‑level sense of visual storytelling and pacing, and able to offer a variety of production and editorial solutions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach talent, ask effective interview questions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
