Business Unit Systems Analyst - Real Estate Lending Pay Range $37.70 - $56.55

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborates with business users and IT teams to gather and document system requirements.

Assists in analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.

Participates in testing system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.

Provides first-level support for system-related questions and works with teams to address issues.

Prepares basic user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.

Supports data validation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Participates in small-scale projects to improve workflows and processes.

Tracks and documents issues and resolutions for ongoing system improvements.

Additional Job Functions

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.

3-5 years of previous experience required.

Real Estate Lending experience preferred.

Relevant credit union and/or financial systems experience preferred.

Experience with business systems analysis and information technology processes and methodologies preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office.

Strong understanding of Excel. Ability to understand and implement vlookups and pivot tables, data load and extraction. Ability to pull format project related reports from various data sources.

Ability to develop and work with Microsoft Word templates. Manage document changes and integration of other Office components.

Ability to develop and manage construction of PowerPoint presentations.

Microsoft Visio.

Ability to construct flow charts.

Understanding of business systems analysis and software development lifecycle.

Basic understanding of IT technology.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
