Sr. Strategy Analyst

The Senior Strategy Analyst, in partnership with the Senior Director, Strategy, will support the development, prioritization, and execution of Signet’s overall corporate strategy and cultivate business development opportunities to drive profitable growth for the organization. The role will be responsible for supporting the Strategy Execution Office, researching market and competitive trends, helping to shape initiative roadmaps, working cross-functionally to execute key portions of strategic initiatives, developing presentations, contributing to team initiatives, and helping to document key decisions / project deliverables. This role will require partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure overall alignment between brand strategies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive the execution of select workstreams within identified projects as part of the Strategy Execution Office that support Signet’s current strategic and financial objectives

Coordinate with cross-functional brand and function teams to establish workplans, track progress, and drive accountability

Provide regular project updates to senior leaders and synthesize key learnings / insights

Conduct consumer, competitive, retail, market, and economic research to provide an external point of view and inform new opportunities and strategic priorities

Build “Board and Executive ready” project deliverables and recommendations in partnership with operational and functional teams

Support annual and long-range planning processes by working with Strategy directors responsible for developing comprehensive business plans, targets and priorities based on business input and strategic objectives

Work with finance to shape financial goals and banner level expectations. Provide thought partnership to strategy team on a broad range of business-critical topics

Position Qualifications:

3 years+ experience surrounding consulting, business development, finance, corporate strategy/M&A or investment banking experience

Strong experience around project/program management

Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop models from scratch and within a short turnaround time

Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and synthesize key insights and business implications

Must be organized and possess the capacity to independently manage ambiguity and complex tasks

Must be a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of developing well-informed perspectives even with limited information

Experience with Tableau/data visualization platforms is a plus

Must be local to the Cleveland/Akron, OH area
