Job Title: Front End User Interface Designer/Developer
Duration: 6+ months
Location : Charlotte, NC
This role is for a talented Front End User Interface Designer/Developer who is passionate about building dynamic interfaces and experiences that are engaging, functional and fun.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new user interfaces and interactions for various online projects.
Deliver concept and vision prototypes, applying rapid ideation and prototyping skills.
Support/Coach development teams during development of UI.
Tasks and Responsibilities
PHP knowledge is greatly preferred.
Ability to rapidly iterate through prototypes.
Ability to create complex interaction using jQuery.
Responsive Web experience is a big plus.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends.
Expert knowledge of optimizing client side performance.
Familiarity designing for financial services.
Familiarity with Section 508, accessibility guidelines.
Suggested Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Financial experience is preferred. Experience with client facing site is preferred.
