Deep knowledge of D365 SCM configuration: release strategies, picking/packing, cycle counting, MRP, and quality management.
Strong process mapping skills (Visio/BPMN) for end‑to‑end supply chain flows and analytics via Power BI.
Excellent communication for stakeholder workshops and documentation in multi‑geography contexts.
