Job Description Digital Marketing Specialist II

We are seeking an experienced Website Content Specialist to support the global Honeywell Aerospace Web Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing website content within an AEM CMS environment, ensuring that digital experiences are engaging, performant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings expertise in content management, website optimization, UX best practices, SEO, and digital analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into continuous improvements across the website.

In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, optimized web experiences that support marketing campaigns and improve user engagement, strengthen performance, and elevate search visibility.

Responsibilities Website Content Management & Governance

Manage, publish and maintain website content in AEM, ensuring alignment with brand standards, content governance policies and digital strategy.

Maintain and improve web pages, templates and enhance components to ensure content consistency and scalability.

Work with development teams to troubleshoot content‑related issues and implement enhancements within the CMS environment. Coordinate digital updates within Agile workflows and sprint cycles.

Website Optimization & User Experience

Optimize landing pages and website content to improve user engagement, conversion performance and customer journeys.

Implement and support content personalization strategies to deliver more relevant digital experiences.

Coordinate with IT for debugging issues and implementing new functionalities to enhance website experience and improve performance.

Experimentation & Personalization

Support and implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate optimization opportunities; collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define testing hypotheses and performance KPIs.

Use experimentation insights to continuously refine content strategy and user journeys.

Digital Analytics & Performance Insights

Monitor and analyse web performance and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness, engagement metrics and conversion performance.

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and optimisation initiatives. Communicate insights to stakeholders.

SEO & Search Optimization

Apply SEO best practices and implement on‑page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic; collaborate with SEO specialist to improve organic visibility and search performance.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

3+ years of experience in website CMS, SEO and UX.

Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web content optimisation; ability to use tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs or Google Search Console.

Experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to analyse website performance and user behaviour.

Familiarity with digital experience optimisation, including A/B testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development best practices.

Familiarity with UX design principles and tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.

Excellent project management, communication and collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
