Senior Estimator

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HVAC Estimator to support commercial HVAC projects. This role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting bid efforts for commercial work. The ideal candidate has hands‑on commercial estimating experience and can work independently while meeting deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs for HVAC equipment and materials Request and review vendor and subcontractor pricing Support bid submissions and revisions Maintain organized estimating documentation Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of commercial HVAC estimating experience Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience with estimating software and Excel Strong attention to detail and time management skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with larger or more complex commercial projects Knowledge of commercial building codes Experience with design‑build or retrofit projects Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
