Job Summary Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Party Chief (Survey Foreman) in the Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations area, Alabama SMA reporting to the General Manager of Construction & Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.

Job Details

Wages start at $28.00/hr, based on verifiable experience.

Full-time / Permanent position.

Day shift; weekend work may be required.

Company truck provided for commute/official business.

Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

Determine elevations and lay out stakes for construction surveys.

Call out readings and/or direct helpers to write station numbers and readings on grade stakes.

Mark points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying mark.

Direct placement of stakes at designated points.

Enforce and abide by all safety regulations.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Years of prior surveying experience as Party Chief/Foreman required, or several years as a senior rodman with knowledge and ability to operate survey equipment.

Ability to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate loud noise.

Quick learner; ability to pick up new tasks quickly.

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

Self‑motivated; can work without close supervision.

Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

Provide valid documentation for the I‑9 immigration requirement.
